Use the same email address that was used to create your Undo account or receive your company invite.
If you cannot log in, check:
You are using the correct email address.
You are using the correct login method.
You have accepted your company invite, if you were invited by someone else.
Your password reset link has not expired.
The email has not gone to spam or junk.
If you forgot your password, use the password reset option on the login page. When you receive the reset email, open the newest reset link. Older reset links may no longer work.
If you were invited to a company but cannot see it after logging in, you may have used a different email address from the one that received the invite.
