Go to Cap Table → Stakeholders.

The Stakeholders page shows everyone connected to the company, whether or not they currently hold equity.

Stakeholders may appear as:

  • equity holders

  • option holders

  • convertible holders

  • pending allocation

  • no holdings yet

To add a stakeholder, select Add Stakeholder.

Choose the stakeholder type first. This controls which fields appear next.

Common stakeholder types include:

  • Founder

  • Investor — Individual

  • Investor — Fund / Entity

  • Employee

  • Advisor

  • Director

For a person, Undo may ask for details such as name, email, date of birth, tax residence, address, and role.

For an entity or fund, Undo may ask for details such as entity name, email, Companies House number, country of incorporation, registered address, authorised signatory, and whether the investor is a lead investor.

You can choose whether to allocate equity now or later.

Choose allocate equity now if the share class, number of shares, price, and timing are already agreed.

Choose do it later if the round terms are not final, board or legal approval is still pending, or you are only collecting the stakeholder’s details ahead of closing.

If you save someone without allocating equity, they appear as Pending allocation. They will not fully appear in the cap table until shares, options, or a convertible instrument are added.

You can finish the allocation later from the stakeholder profile, Cap Table, Transactions, or Funding Rounds.
