Open a stakeholder profile to review their holdings, invite them to the investor portal, upload documents, and keep private admin notes.

Each stakeholder has a profile inside Undo.

A stakeholder profile may include:

  • overview

  • holdings

  • documents

  • activity

  • notes

  • tax details

  • cap table access

  • investor portal status

The Overview shows key details such as name, email, address, stakeholder type, tax residence, added date, and cap table access.

The Holdings section shows what the stakeholder owns or is connected to. This can include shares, options, investment amounts, round dates, SEIS/EIS status, and whether documents such as EIS3 certificates have been issued.

The Documents section can show generated and uploaded files, such as share certificates, SH01 confirmations, signed documents, or uploaded records.

The Activity section shows recent actions linked to that stakeholder, such as signatures, document generation, Data Room invites, or investor portal activity.

The Notes section is for internal notes. Notes are visible only to admins and can be used for context such as tax follow-ups, board seat discussions, or investor communication history.

If a stakeholder has no equity assigned yet, they remain in the stakeholder list but will not fully appear in the cap table until shares, options, or a convertible instrument are allocated.
