A company workspace is where Undo stores that company’s dashboard, cap table, Data Room, funding rounds, SEIS / EIS applications, team members, and settings.
You may have access to one company or several companies.
To create or access a company:
Go to Settings.
Open Companies.
Select an existing company or choose Add new company.
If you were invited, accept the invite from your email first.
Check that your role is correct.
If a company is missing, check whether:
you are logged in with the wrong email
your invite is still pending
an admin has not added you yet
you were removed from the workspace
the company is still in draft
Company roles affect what you can see and edit. For example, an investor may only see specific shared information, while a founder or admin can usually manage more of the workspace.
