SEIS / EIS application: How to upload documents, review details, and submit

Upload your pitch deck, business plan, or financial model so Undo can turn existing company materials into a structured Advance Assurance application.

Start by uploading the documents you already use to explain the company.

Instead of filling every answer from a blank page, upload the core materials first. Undo uses them to prepare the first version of the application, which you can then review, edit, and complete before submission.

What you will need to upload:

  • Pitch deck or Business plan

  • 3-year financial model

Your Pitch deck or Business plan helps build the company story inside the application: what the company does, how it makes money, what market it is going after, how the round will be used, and why the business has growth potential.

Your 3-year financial model supports the financial side of the application: revenue assumptions, expected costs, planned spend, runway, hiring plans, and how the investment will be used over time.

From there, Undo will help structure sections such as:

  • company activity

  • business model

  • trade description

  • use of funds

  • market and growth plans

  • financial forecasts

  • investment context

  • commercial assumptions

You still stay in control of the application. Each section can be reviewed and edited before it moves forward.

If the uploaded documents lack sufficient detail, Undo may request missing information before the application can proceed.

Before submitting, check that:

  1. The pitch deck or business plan is current.

  2. The financial model covers the next 3 years.

  3. The raise amount and use of funds match the current round.

  4. The company details are correct.

  5. The UTR has been added.

  6. Any missing fields have been completed.

  7. Required signatures and authorisations are ready.

After submission, the application moves into review before it is sent to HMRC. If something is missing, unclear, or likely to slow the application down, it will be flagged before the HMRC submission step.

At the final stage, you may be asked to appoint Undo Capital as agent for this application. This authorisation allows the application to be submitted to HMRC and any HMRC follow-up to be handled through Undo for that specific case.
