Go to SEIS / EIS from the sidebar and select Start Application.

To start the Advance Assurance application, you need to choose the company the application is for. If the company is not already in Undo, add it first.

You may need to provide or confirm:

  • company name

  • company number

  • registered address

  • incorporation date

  • UTR

  • scheme type: SEIS, EIS, or SEIS & EIS

  • proposed raise details

  • investor information, if available

  • required documents

A UTR is required before the application can move forward. This is the company’s Unique Taxpayer Reference. It is usually found in HMRC corporation tax documents, HMRC online account records, or letters sent to the company by HMRC.

After the company and application details are ready, the user must pay the £490 application fee before the application is sent to Undo for review.

Once paid and submitted, the Undo team reviews your application before HMRC submission. We check that the key details are complete, the documents are in place, and any missing items are flagged before it moves forward.
