Go to Cap Table from the sidebar.

If the cap table is empty, Undo shows a setup flow. The first setup usually includes:

  1. Adding your stakeholders.

  2. Setting up share classes.

  3. Allocating founder shares.

You may also see sample data before your real ownership structure is added. Replace this with your own stakeholders and shareholdings to get started.

Once the cap table is set up, the overview gives you a quick picture of ownership.

The overview can show:

  • your ownership

  • latest valuation

  • capital raised

  • issued shares

  • fully diluted ownership

  • top shareholders

  • option pool

  • stakeholders

  • recent activity

  • quick actions

The main quick actions are:

  • Issue shares

  • Create Historical Event

  • Add Stakeholder

  • Set up share classes

Use Issue shares when you are recording a new share issue.

Use Create Historical Event when you need to rebuild ownership history from a past round, share issue, transfer, option grant, conversion, or buyback.

Use Add Stakeholder when you need to add someone before allocating shares, options, or convertibles.

Undo keeps the cap table connected to documents, approvals, and filings, so ownership changes can be followed from the cap table through to the related records.
