The Cap Table area is split into several views.

Overview gives the high-level summary.

Ownership shows holdings grouped by share class. Each holding links back to the transaction that created it, giving you an audit trail from ownership back to the underlying event.

You can switch between views such as:

  • issued ownership

  • fully diluted ownership

  • by holder

  • by class

  • by type

The Ownership view can show:

  • ordinary shares

  • preference shares

  • options

  • convertibles

  • future dilution

  • transaction links

Share classes define the rules each holding follows. This can include voting rights, liquidation preference, participation, dividend treatment, conversion terms, and nominal value.

Undo may detect terms from uploaded Articles and ask you to review or confirm them before continuing.

To add a share class, select Create share class. You may be able to start from templates such as:

  • Ordinary

  • Preference

  • Growth

  • Non-voting

  • Deferred

If a new share class affects the Articles of Association, Undo will flag that the Articles may need to be updated and uploaded.

Option Pool is used to reserve equity for employees and advisers. The product shows reserved, available, granted, and exercised options. Option schemes may include EMI, CSOP, or Unapproved, depending on what has been set up.

Use this section when you need to check not only who owns shares today, but how options, convertibles, and future dilution affect the full ownership picture.
