The Round readiness panel shows whether the company is ready to open a new round.

It may include:

  • investment score

  • readiness status

  • completed checklist items

  • missing checklist items

  • warnings

  • suggested next actions

Checklist items can include:

  • Articles of Association

  • IP Assignment

  • Director service agreements

  • Founder service agreements

  • Cap Table setup

  • SEIS/EIS Advance Assurance

Some items may be marked as Passed. Others may need an upload, review, or correction.

Undo may also flag cap table issues before a round opens. For example, if the current price per share is unusually high, the product may suggest considering a share split before the round.

The readiness score does not launch the round by itself. It helps show what should be cleaned up before investors are invited and documents are generated.

If a round is almost ready, complete the missing items first. This makes the round cleaner before investor onboarding, document generation, signing, and closing.
