Select Create Round from Funding Rounds.

The first step is choosing the round type. The round type controls which documents, terms, investor steps, and compliance workflows become active.

The product shows round types such as:

  • ASA

  • Priced round

An ASA lets the company take money now, with shares issued later on conversion. In the ASA flow, you set terms such as the valuation cap, discount, target subscription, qualifying financing threshold, and longstop date.

A Priced round is used when shares are issued on completion at a fixed valuation and price.

Tax relief is treated as a guardrail on the share class and terms, not as the round type itself.

The setup may include:

  • round basics

  • tax relief eligibility

  • ASA or round terms

  • conversion terms

  • paperwork

  • investors

  • signatories

  • review

If SEIS/EIS applies, Undo may ask whether the company is SEIS eligible, EIS eligible, or has already received Advance Assurance.

Save the round as a draft if the terms are not ready yet.
