If a file upload fails, check:

  1. The file type is supported.

  2. The file size is below the limit for that product area.

  3. The internet connection is stable.

  4. You are uploading to the correct product area.

  5. You are uploading to the correct folder or section.

  6. Your role allows uploads.

  7. The file name is not causing an issue.

Upload limits differ by product area.

Product area

Supported uploads shown in product

SEIS / EIS

JPEG, PNG, PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV up to 10 MB.

Data Room

PDF, XLSX, JPG, DOCX up to 50 MB.

The SEIS / EIS upload limit appears in the Advance Assurance flow, while the Data Room limit appears in the Data Room upload flow.

If a file is uploaded but not visible:

  • check the folder

  • check the application section

  • check the document type tag

  • refresh the page

  • confirm the upload finished

  • check your permissions

For SEIS / EIS, a file may still show as required if it was uploaded but not assigned to the right document type.
